Submit securely

Email info@zaphanintelligence.com with the request type and the email address associated with your relationship. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive documents by email.

Timing

ZAPHAN acknowledges requests within ten business days and responds within 45 days where applicable. A permitted extension includes notice and the reason. An appeal path is provided where required.

Identity verification

We may request proportionate verification before disclosing or deleting account data. Existing members may use their authenticated account where permitted, but no person must create a new account solely to make a request.
