Terms for public intelligence and DecisionGraph Intelligence Membership.

Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern the ZAPHAN Intelligence public website, DecisionGraph Weekly™, DecisionGraph Intelligence Membership, authenticated member content, Team-seat access, and related service communications. By using the public service, creating an account, purchasing Membership, or accepting a Team invitation, you agree to the applicable provisions and the disclosures presented at checkout.

Decision-support service

ZAPHAN provides research and decision-support intelligence. Materials are not legal, investment, accounting, tax, security, medical, or other regulated professional advice and do not guarantee outcomes. Organizations remain responsible for independent verification, professional advice where appropriate, implementation choices, and final decisions.

Paid Membership and licensing

DecisionGraph Intelligence Membership provides access to the governed intelligence depth associated with the member’s entitlement. Individual and C-level + Team are licensing configurations of the same product. A Team includes one Team Owner and up to ten named staff users. Team access changes authorized organizational access and seat administration, not intelligence depth, and does not add unlisted collaboration features.

Accounts and entitlement

Members must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access is limited to the authorized account or assigned Team seat. Entitlements may be suspended or revoked for expiration, unresolved payment failure, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or material breach, subject to law and paid-period rights.

Prices, recurring billing, and renewal

The price and interval presented at checkout control the purchase. Monthly billing is the primary option; annual prepayment is secondary. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Membership renews and the approved payment method is charged at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Before purchase, ZAPHAN presents the recurring charge, renewal nature, cancellation method, and applicable term, and obtains affirmative consent.

Cancellation and payment failure

Members may cancel online through the Stripe Customer Portal without contacting a representative. Unless checkout terms or law require otherwise, cancellation prevents future renewal while access continues through the paid period. Failed payments may enter a seven-day recovery period with notices and retries; unresolved access may suspend on day eight and revoke on day fifteen, subject to law and documented exceptions.

Refunds and disputes

Except where required by law, provider rules, checkout terms, or a written agreement, fees are not automatically refundable because of early cancellation or non-use. Duplicate charges, verified billing errors, legal/provider requirements, or documented material service failure may qualify for review.

Intellectual property and use

Paid materials are licensed to the authorized member or Team for internal organizational decision support. Unless expressly permitted, users may not republish substantial portions, resell, sublicense, redistribute outside the licensed organization, remove attribution, bypass access controls, scrape at scale, or use ZAPHAN materials to train a commercial model.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not interfere with the service, bypass security or entitlement controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, share unauthorized credentials, harvest data, or use the service unlawfully. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law; ZAPHAN does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or projected outcomes.

Third-party services

ZAPHAN uses approved providers for hosting, security, authentication, payments, transactional email, newsletter delivery, and analytics. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by Virginia law unless applicable law or an executed agreement requires otherwise. Material recurring-service changes receive required notice and cancellation information. Contact info@zaphanintelligence.com.
