Recurring service

DecisionGraph Intelligence Membership continues until cancelled. The exact plan, recurring charge, billing frequency, and any minimum obligation are displayed immediately before checkout. Monthly is the primary path and annual prepayment is secondary.

Affirmative consent

ZAPHAN does not initiate recurring Checkout unless the account holder affirmatively accepts the recurring terms, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. The service records the account, plan, price, interval, timestamp, applicable policy versions, and Stripe Checkout identifier.

Acknowledgment and notices

After enrollment, the member receives a retainable confirmation of the plan, price, recurring nature, interval, and cancellation method. Renewal and material-change notices are sent when required by applicable law.

Cancellation

Members can cancel online through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues through the already-paid term. The actual Stripe subscription and ZAPHAN entitlement state are reconciled rather than relying on a browser-only confirmation.

Payment failure

Payment failures may trigger notices and retries around days three, five, and seven. A seven-day grace period may preserve existing access. If unresolved, access may suspend on day eight and revoke on day fifteen, subject to law, provider rules, and documented exceptions.
